Find the catalina.out log at /var/log/tomcat8/catalina.out or <tomcat_install_dir>/logs depending on Tomcat version and/or installation process.
If Semarchy xDM is on the cloud, you can use scp or a tool like Filezilla to download the log file to your computer to email it to support.
