ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

Problem

In v4, when trying to import data in the UI, you may encounter an Oracle error "ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded" when clicking on "Finish".

Solution

Upgrade to the latest Oracle JDBC driver 12.2.0.1 (ojdbc8.jar).
