How to Sign Up for the Semarchy Support Portal

If you are a new customer or recently joined the MDM team in your organization, you should sign up to Semarchy's support system. Here are the instructions.

Why Sign Up?

Signing up to our system allows you to open support tickets to ask our customer support team for help. Why not just send an email to support@semarchy.com? 

You can email support@semarchy.com. Your email will open a new support ticket. However, your email will not put a priority on the support ticket. You will not be able to see the history of the support ticket, including previous replies from us, unless you search within your own email history. You also cannot see the status of the ticket.   

Step-by-step guide

  1. Get to the portal.
  2. Please sign up. Create a username and password or use one of the single sign-on options. This is quick.
  3. Save the adress as a favorite for reporting any issue.
