Melissa plug-ins (Personator & Global Address Verification)

Which plugins?

Semarchy provides 2 plug-ins for Melissa (formerly Melissa Data) which are ready to use once you deploy them.
1. Melissa Personator
2. Melissa Global Address Verification.

What's the difference?

The main difference is the personator provides "people' information but it is only for the US and Canada. The Global doesn't have "people" information but it has international addresses covering almost all countries in the world.

Here is Melissa's documentation introducing the two services and explaining the differences.
Personator:

Global Address Verification: http://wiki.melissadata.com/index.php?title=Global_Address_Verification%3AIntroduction

When you download the plug-in files, you will have access to both the binaries and the documentation. You can read the documentation to do a side-by-side comparison of the fields that each plug-in returns which we outline in the doc to decide which service you need.

How do I use the plug-ins?

Email our support team at support@semarchy.com to receive the plug-ins for Melissa.

Here's the instructions for how to install these plug-ins in Semarchy:

How do I get a license?

You will need to contact Melissa to purchase a license to access the service. Do you already have a sales contact at Melissa?

If not, please contact Semarchy support to get connected with a sales executive at Melissa. You can email support@semarchy.com.

You purchase a license for either plug-in or both (if you want to use both) and they have limits on volume of data to geocode so they can help you with figuring out what options are available.
