The helper screen is not intuitive. You cannot edit anything by hand. You also can not copy or paste in a conventional manor. The only way I could figure out how to use this screen is with your column names still in the clipboard, click on "Name" at the top of the column. You should end up with something like this (I suppose this make made sense to some DI engineer).
