You can email support@semarchy.com. Your email will open a new support ticket. However, your email will not put a priority on the support ticket. You will not be able to see the history of the support ticket, including previous replies from us, unless you search within your own email history. You also cannot see the status of the ticket.   

Step-by-step guide

  1. Give someone on the Semarchy team your email address and the email addresses of your colleagues. 
  2. You will receive an email from our support system asking you to sign up. 
  3. Get to the portal.
  4. Please sign up. Create a username and password or use one of the single sign-on options. This is quick.
  5. Use the special link to get to the Semarchy portal where you can ask your questions.
