The support team may ask for troubleshooting purposes to send the PDE Log.

This log is available from the Semarchy Workbench.

To Export the PDE Log:

  1. Click Windows > Show > View in the Workbench menu.
  2. Select Error Log in the list of view. The Error Log view opens.
  3. Click the Export button in this view and download the log export.

 

You may want to delete the content of the PDE Log then reproduce the issue that you are facing prior to exporting and sending it to the support team.
