Blank Pop-up when Upgrading to Convergence for MDM 3.2

Problem

After upgrading from Semarchy 3.1.4 to Semarchy 3.2.0, users all see a blank dialog box with a blank button when first going to the Semarchy app for the first time. They're unable to close out the dialog box to continue to the app, and clicking the blank button doesn't do anything.

Solution

This problem is due to cached content on the client. To solve this issue, clear your browser cache (e.g. CTRL-F5 in Chrome)
